Our Policies

Cancellations

We ask that you please notify us within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment if you need to cancel. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, you will be charged 50% of the service that you were scheduled for.

No-Shows

If you no call, no text, no show on the day of your scheduled service, you will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. As a courtesy, we send text confirmations before each appointment. If we are unable to reach you, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates & times in order to avoid missed appointments & cancellation fees.

Late Policy

If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, you may be required to reschedule at a future date and you will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the service(s) you were scheduled for that day. Late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment time and/or incomplete services.

Adjustment Policy

If you are unhappy with your service, we do offer adjustments. You must let management know within one week of your original appointment to qualify for a complimentary adjustment. Adjustments must be done by the original stylist that performed your service and within 2 weeks of original appointment. After 2 weeks you are subject to a color service fee. We do not offer refunds for any services.

*If we are performing a color correction, there is no guarantee that you will get full transformative results in just one appointment. Color corrections do not qualify for complimentary adjustments.

Extension Retainer Fees & Maintenance 

Retainers for new extension installs are non refundable. You will be required to pay a retainer up front in order to book a new extension appointment.

If you damage or discolor your extensions from sunscreen, spray tan/self tanners, etc. we are not held responsible and you may be required to purchase new extension hair. If you choose not to purchase new hair, there will be an additional charge to treat your extensions; however, there is no guarantee that we will be able to remove discoloration from the extensions.

Children Policy

Although we love your little ones, we ask that you please do not bring children under the age 10 to your appointment. This is to ensure their safety and for us to continue to create a relaxing environment for our guests.

We are no longer booking services for children under the age of 10, unless discussed & agreed upon by your stylist. Children over the age of 10 will be charged regular adult rates.
