Cancellations
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment changes or cancellations. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total.
no-Shows
Missed appointments without prior notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total. As a courtesy, appointment reminders are sent via text. Please ensure your contact information is up to date.
Late Arrivals
Clients arriving 15 or more minutes late may need to be rescheduled and will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Late arrivals may also result in a shortened or adjusted service to accommodate the remaining appointment time.
Adjustments
If you are unhappy with your service, we are happy to offer adjustments when appropriate. To qualify for a complimentary adjustment, please notify management within one week of your original appointment. Adjustments must be performed by the original stylist and completed within two weeks of the original appointment. After two weeks, additional color fees may apply.
We do not offer refunds on services.
Please note that color corrections may require multiple appointments to achieve the desired result, and a complete transformation cannot be guaranteed in a single appointment. Color correction services do not qualify for complimentary adjustments.
Extensions
A non-refundable retainer is required to book all new extension installation appointments.
Clients are responsible for the proper care and maintenance of their extensions. Discoloration or damage caused by sunscreen, spray tans, self-tanners, or other products is not the responsibility of Salon du Sud and may require the purchase of new extension hair.
If you choose not to purchase new hair, an additional fee will apply for any treatment performed in an attempt to correct the discoloration. Please note that we cannot guarantee that discoloration or damage can be fully corrected.
children
Although we love your little ones, we kindly ask that children under the age of 10 not accompany you to your appointment. This helps us ensure their safety while maintaining a relaxing environment for all of our guests.
We do not book services for children under the age of 10 unless discussed and approved in advance by your stylist. Children ages 10 and older will be charged our regular service rates.
